Featured Guest Paula Silva: Season 2 (Bonus) Episode 16
Paula Silva — realtor extraordinaire — speaks with Katie and Dawn about the local residential real estate climate, home improvements that make sense, and the value of authentic communities.
Paula has been transacting real estate in Rhode Island and southeastern MA for over 20 years and offers her extensive experience and professional services as a facilitator in this challenging yet thrilling time. She base her business on the fundamentals of clear, consistent communication, market knowledge, and data-driven negotiation.
Her territory is largely along the sparkling East Bay of Rhode Island, including the towns of Barrington, Bristol, and Warren. However, She has both listed and sold properties for clients around the state and in southeastern MA. Life is good here, so it’s Paula’s pleasure telling clients about great restaurants, picturesque farms, and thoughtfully designed public spaces with the kind of placemaking qualities that leave you feeling nestled in the community.
Whether you’re a first-time homebuyer, upsizing, downsizing, or just looking for a better fit, Paula can help you negotiate the details of buying or selling so you can concentrate on the good stuff. The closing of a deal is not the closing of a relationship – long after a transaction, you can lean on Paula and her network of people and businesses to help you now and down the road.
Paula moved from southeastern MA to RI in 1998 and is lucky to live in a historic home in downtown Warren, where her two sons live nearby, after living and exploring the west coast – which makes her extra lucky.
Paula has always had a creative and entrepreneurial spirit. Having owned and operated a few businesses at various points in life, including an antique shop and food tour business, Paula has been driven by her love of architecture, history, design, and both the visual and culinary arts. This also feeds into her steadfast support of small business owners and the community's culture and history.
